Chinese (Cantonese Preferable) Speaking Customer Service Administrator (Full Time)
Based in the heart of Manchester’s Chinatown. Infinity Services is specialised in financial services (mortgages, commercial loans and personal loans).
The company is looking for a bright, confidence, reliable and enthusiastic individual who has a good knowledge of MS Word. Ideally you will have gained some office experience or be a school leaver with a good level of common sense and initiative and looking for that first step within the working world.
The ideal candidate should at least have the following skills, computer literate, fluent in English and Cantonese or Chinese, good telephone manner and organisational skills.
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all filing systems, handling enquiries from incoming calls and walk in customers and are required to support to the team with general admin tasks.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30 – 5.30
