岗位：电视新闻专题编导
职责：
1 新闻出镜报道，独立采编
2 和摄像沟通，完成所需素材拍摄；
3整理素材，完成新闻剪辑；
4按新闻内容撰写新闻稿或者专题脚本及剪辑；
5组织演播室录制，负责现场调度和控制；
6 综合演播室及新闻素材，进行后期编辑。
任职资格：
1 具备电视制作基本知识，熟悉电视节目制作流程
2 有良好的非线视频剪辑技术，熟知电视语言［Final cut或Premiere]
3 良好的文字功力，能独立完成联络、采访、撰写拍摄台本
4 对时事新闻敏感，对社会有一定的洞察和思考，擅长体育新闻采编更佳。
5 能娴熟运用中英文双语沟通和采访
6 具备较强的沟通能力和相当的人文素养
7 吃苦耐劳，具有团队合作精神， 工作热情，敬业，有责任心
Position: News Editor
Responsibilities:
1. News reporting and holding interviews alone
2. communicate with the filming team and complete filming of all source material
3. arrange source material, finalise new clips
4. write weekly script for weekly news clips
5. organise recording studio schedule, responsible for filming schedule
6. combine studio recorded material with source material and be responsible for post editing
Skills and Qualifications
1.Possess basic knowledge of television production and be familiar with the process of programme composition
2.Have non-linear editing skills and be familiar with programmes such as Final Cut and Premiere
3.Be good at writing scripts and be able to interview independently
4.Be sensitive to current affairs and have a certain insight and appreciation for society
5.Be able to communicate and interview in both English and Chinese
6.Have strong communication and people skills
7.Be a hard worker, dedicated and responsible

与编导配合完成后期包装事宜。
任职资格：

2有良好的线性视频剪辑技术，娴熟运用线性编辑软件［After Effects、Adobe Illustrator、PhotoShop、Premiere、Motion、3D Maya等］

Position : After effects editor
To work together with editor to finalise after effects
Skills and Qualifications:
1.Possess basic knowledge of television production and be familiar with the process of programme composition
2.Have linear editing skills and be familiar with using linear editing software such as After Effects, Adobe Illustrator、PhotoShop、Premiere、Motion、3D May etc
3.Comfortable performing in front of the camera
4.Good command of English and Chinese and ability to communicate well in a group
5.Enthusiasm for the job, dedication and a responsible nature

条件：
1.中英文流利，尤其对英文资料的分析消化力强
2.擅长人物专访文案的设计和文案的润色，具有电视人物访谈经验者优先。

Position: Talk show editor
Requirements:
1.Fluent English and Mandarin, with an particular emphasis on being able to analyse English texts
2.Preferably have experience in television interviewing
3.Have the ability to interview alone and have good social skills

5.Have your own opinion and view on areas such as politics, economics, culture, society and sports

岗位：媒体推广/市场策划
职位描述：
1、负责市场项目活动方案的撰写及协同组织；
2、针对与节目相关的活动、广告、传播计划，负责有关的宣传方案撰写及发布；
3、协助市场主管维护良好的媒体和客户关系，加强企业各类媒体推广
4、与中国和英国的客户、合作媒体进行沟通和交流
任职要求：
1、媒体管理、公共关系、传播、市场等相关专业本科及以上学历；有较强的文字基本功，有比较高的审美能力，有较强的语言表达能力，英文能力优秀，熟练操作办公软件。
2、良好的文字及表达能力与组织能力，有成功的媒体推广案例及营销活动组织经验者优先。
3、至少1年或1年以上全职相关工作经验，具有网络营销经验者优先。
4、需要对市场和销售有较深入的了解，可以迅速正确的筛选信息，判断信息；具备丰富的市场调研能力，良好人际关系、谈判技巧。

Position: Media promotion/ marketing planner
Outline of responsibilities:
1.Writing marketing event proposals and coordinating groups
2.Publicizing, writing and releasing details about programme events, advertising and broadcast schedules
3.Help marketing manager maintain good media- customer relations and strengthen all types of media promotion
4.Work together to promote communication between Chinese and British customers
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or higher in media management, public relations, broadcasting or marketing related subjects. Have strong basic writing skills. Have an eye for aesthetics, be able to express oneself clearly, have good English and proficiency in office software
2.Have the ability to express thoughts well through text. Good organisational skills. Experience in media promotion and organisation of marketing events is advantageous
3.At least one or more years experience working in a related field. Experience in online marketing is advantageous
4.A sound understanding of marketing and sales, the ability to filter and judge information quickly and accurately. Be knowledgeable in market research, have good people and negotiation skills
5.Have the ability to learn from others and be able to complete tasks alone. Be able to communicate with other departments and understand their functions
6.Strong communication skills, hardworking with a strong team spirit
7.Have good professional conduct, be able to keep company information confidential and maintain the company’s public image
