Warehouse Supervisor （Full Time）
Overall Job Description:
Overall responsibility for all logistics & warehouse operations and management tasks, such as warehouse staff, warehousing, shipment, inventory, materials, equipment, safety, hygiene, etc. Ensuring a safe working environment is provided and that the Health and Safety policy is understood and practiced by the team at all times.
Responsibilities:
Formulate and continuously improve storage planning and layout
Coordinate the deployment of personnel and on-site management in each link of the warehouse chain according to work tasks
Complete inter-departmental coordination and cooperation tasks
Implement various rules and regulations of the company
Ensure the accuracy of relevant statistics, timely summary, and system synchronization
Track the statistics and analysis of various operational indicators of the warehouse, and regularly submits operational data analysis reports
Complete other assignments by the company, track the results and report in time
Requirements:
Have strong systematic, rational thinking and learning ability, able to analyze and solve problems independently
Be a caring, responsible, patient employee, and have excellent personal qualities
Excellent sense of teamwork and service mentality, with a macro view, strong communication skills
Strong execution, ability to handle stress and pressure, and can adapt to flexible work arrangements
Have warehousing logistics work experience or project management experience, familiar with warehousing logistics business processes
Familiar with Office software and SAP/ERP-related software
