Responsibilities:
· General administration
· Note-taking
· Inputting hours using Excel for timesheet and payroll
· Organising and documenting invoices
· Answering and resolving phone call
· Preparation and recording of documents
Requirement:
· Bachelor degree or above, Business Management and HR Management major is preferred;
· Above 1 year of related working experience,
· Experience in E-com or warehouse industry is preferred,
· Experience in payroll and organizing invoice
· Communication and organising skills
· Advanced experience of Microsoft Office
· Local Citizen or with PR needed
· English and Chinese are a must,
