Our Client is a luxury high-end casino based in central London; they are currently looking for a mandarin speaking candidate to fill in the position as a casino receptionist.
Key responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service to VIP customers
Registering customers and updating customer’s profile
Strict adherence to VIP customer’s privacy
Report to leader under special circumstances
Answering and arranging call in a professional manner
Arranging car service for VIP and Liaising with the front door
Familiarise with important contact numbers and keep records
Maintaining the front desk and equipment in excellent condition
Registration of valuable items and safekeeping luggage in storage
Arranging hotel, dining area, football/musical tickets for VIP
Ensuring strict adherence to the requirements of Gaming legislation and money laundering codes
The Ideal Candidate:
Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English
Excellent computer literacy
Excellent telephone manner
Able to complete tasks and work as a team
Previous experience/knowledge in the casino industry
Visa Status with at least 1 and a half year available
Friendly Reminder: Casino is open 24hours; there will be 1 or 2 days required to work as night shift, it is advised that you consult with your family first before applying.
